Awellcure-M4200 Online UV measuring instrument-intelligent version: 

This instrument is a small online UV measuring instrument, which is divided into two parts: the body and the photoreceptor. It can be used in automated production lines to monitor the power value of UV light sources in real time. It has a standard RS485 communication interface and a simple communication protocol. It can directly communicate with PLC, computer PC and other equipment for real-time data collection and monitoring; Suitable for testing UV-LED light sources and traditional UV mercury lamps.

Features and precautions. 

1. RS485 interface, which can obtain the current UV power value and temperature value (body temperature) in real time; and set and obtain the body communication parameters through the host computer software (the software needs to be purchased separately, or the customer can design it by himself); 2. The current power, energy, and temperature can be displayed on the main body display. The upper and lower limit power alarms can be set and alarm signals can be output. The magnification can be corrected through the main body buttons.

The spectral range measured by this instrument can be divided into two types: 

UVA (320-390nm) @365nm Suitable for: measuring 365nm UV-LED light source and traditional UV mercury lamp UVV (390-445nm) @405nm Suitable for: measuring 395/405nm UV-LED light source and traditional UV mercury lamp Customers need to select a spectral range when purchasing. An instrument can only select one spectral range and not both at the same time.

Calibration cycle: Since all electronic components, such as photoreceptors, usually age with time, in order to more accurately ensure measurement accuracy and effect, it is recommended that the calibration cycle be one year. Warranty period: Free warranty for non-human damage within one year from the date of purchase, except for damage caused by objective factors and consumables such as photoreceptor LCD screen filters.
